Covid-19 Updates: Due to coronavirus-related restrictions, we are shipping on a limited basis while our facilities are temporarily closed. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed, especially items coming from our Welcome Center store in Abiquiú, New Mexico.

As always, you will receive an order confirmation when your order ships. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account or emailing us at store@okeeffemuseum.org. We thank you for your understanding and patience at this time and for your continued support of the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum.

We offer live shipping rates based on your total package weight. Upon checkout, choose your preferred shipping method from a variety of carriers for both domestic and international shipping. Free shipping for orders over $75 is available for domestic orders only. In-store pickup is available for local orders.

Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed before shipping. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays.

Please let us know as soon as possible if your package or products arrive damaged. Hold onto any damaged packaging and/or merchandise for claim purposes. We will get a replacement sent to you as soon as possible once the damage has been verified.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, please contact us to make an exchange or refund. All returns and exchanges must be returned in “like-new” condition in original packaging within 30 days.

Please include your packing slip and indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange for something different. All refunds will be processed after merchandise has been received.

Some exclusions apply:

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
• Custom prints are made-to-order and non-returnable

Featuring high-quality reproductions of artwork by Georgia O’Keeffe, prints from our Custom Print Shop are made-to-order to your specifications. Choose between archival quality inks on acid-free, lignin-free paper or hand-stretched, acid-free, cotton canvas in three sizes, with or without framing. Orders are shipped directly from the printer to your door within two to three weeks. Because each print is made-to-order, we regret that they are non-returnable.
